Foodie Friday

I think every Mom wants to be the mom that can wake up at 6:00am and have a healthy meal prepared for their children every morning. All while looking amazing with a fancy apron looking like a pin up girl. 

The reality is... sleep. 

So, I want to post some easy healthy recipes that we all can do within 10-15 minutes and still be able to catch some extra Z’s 

All while posting some funny comments my kids make. 

3 ingredient Banana Pancakes 

1 Banana 

2 eggs 

1 teaspoon of cinnamon 

Mash up the bananas add the eggs and cinnamon and mix pretty well to get the consistency of regular pancake mix. 

Put those suckers on the griddle and make like a regular pancake. 

I think they are a little flimsy, but they taste pretty good! 

Topping with syrup defeats the purpose of being healthy, but you can top with what ever you want. I’ll keep the syrup to save myself an argument with my tyrants. 

Arsyn- “how many pancakes are here”

Me-“three” 

Arsyn- “I only wanted one. Now I’m going to eat too much and die”

Me- “those are healthy pancakes”

Arsyn-“they taste like bananas. You put bananas in there didn’t you? Mom!”
